As an Executive Producer and Showrunner, Courtney is best known for his work on the Emmy-nominated TV show Hoarders, available on A&E and Netflix. Throughout his career, he has partnered with globally renowned brands and organizations, including Neiman Marcus, Amazon, the United States Department of Defense, Condé Nast, Comcast, and Disney. Under his leadership, The LeMarco Group thrives as a hub for creative innovation and impactful storytelling, with a mission to amplify diverse voices and challenge industry norms.

Craig J Harris

Craig J. Harris is a producer, award-winning writer, and television industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. He has served as Executive Producer and Senior Producer on popular shows such as Hoarders, The First 48: Missing Persons, and Chicago ER, and was the Senior Producer of CNN's docuseries Chicagoland. Currently, as Head of Television Development at TLG Motion Pictures, he oversees projects like the Emmy-nominated Hoarders. Craig's work has earned him five Regional Emmy® Awards, four Telly Awards, and other prestigious honors, reflecting his exceptional writing and creative vision. He is also a member of SAG-AFTRA, NATAS, and serves as a National Emmy Judge, further cementing his influence in the industry.
