Founder & CEO
Courtney LeMarco is the CEO and founder of The LeMarco Group, where he leads with over 25 years of experience in media, business, and brand development. As an Executive Producer and Showrunner, Courtney is best known for his work on the Emmy-nominated TV show Hoarders, available on A&E and Netflix. Throughout his career, he has partnered with globally renowned brands and organizations, including Neiman Marcus, Amazon, the United States Department of Defense, Condé Nast, Comcast, and Disney. Under his leadership, The LeMarco Group thrives as a hub for creative innovation and impactful storytelling, with a mission to amplify diverse voices and challenge industry norms.
Nozomi Shiomi
Administrative Executive
Nozomi Shiomi is the Administrative Executive for The LeMarco Group and a seasoned professional with a diverse background in administration and marketing. She honed her expertise at several American companies based in Tokyo, where she was instrumental in crafting innovative marketing strategies. Nozomi’s extensive cross-cultural experiences bring a dynamic perspective to the international business landscape.
Rino Hachimura
Executive Assistant
Rino is a graduate of Sophia University, where she earned her Bachelor of Law, bringing strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional capabilities to the role. In addition to her professional background, she is also active as a model, giving her a unique perspective at the intersection of business, media, and culture. As we continue to scale our Asia operations, Rino will play a key role in executive support, operational efficiency, and day-to-day coordination out of our Tokyo headquarters.
